Request to Waive a Prerequisite
Instructions
1. Prerequisites have been established by Faculty action and are a part of the academic requirements to enroll for some courses. Only rarely will faculty members and the Registrar approve requests to waive a prerequisite.
2. The student must obtain the Professor's approval. The Professor must be fully informed of the reason for the request and will notify the Registrar when they approve or disapprove this form submission.
3. The student then awaits the decision from the Registrar's Office.
