    This form is to help the Registrar's Office determine if the course(s) you would like to take at another institution would transfer to Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary or Judson College.

  • Student Agreement

    1. All courses must be transferred into SEBTS/Judson College before a student's final semester to be able to graduate on time. Courses cannot be transferred to Southeastern during the student's final semester.
    2. Approval of the form above is only for the version of the course listed above. If the course at the other institution changes, SEBTS cannot guarantee the course would transfer.
    3. If approved, students must have their official transcript from the other institution sent to the SEBTS Admissions Office and must request an official transcript evaluation from the Registrar's Office.
    4. Students are only eligible to transfer up to 2/3 of their degree program from other institutions.
    5. This request form must be submitted no later than 30 days prior to the semester a student intends to take the class.
