Thank you for taking the time to officially declare your intention to withdraw from enrollment. It is unfortunate that we will no longer be able to serve you, but we would love to gather feedback on our service to you during your time as a Judson College / SEBTS student.
PLEASE NOTE:
1. Be sure to drop or be withdrawn from all your courses for the semester you will be withdrawing from before submitting this form. You can do so here. If you are unable to drop/withdraw yourself from your courses, please email Registrar@sebts.edu and request that they withdraw you from all of your courses. If the withdrawal deadline has passed, you will not be able to withdrawal from your course(s) and you will receive a final letter grade for your course(s).
2. By opting to withdraw mid-semester (before the withdrawal deadline), you will not receive any course credit for your current classes and will receive a 'W', 'WP', or 'WF' on your transcripts. If you wish to receive credit for your current courses, select a future semester as your "Withdrawal Semester"**
3. Withdrawing from enrollment after the term Drop Deadline will not reduce your billing and financial obligations, and may increase your financial obligations if you no longer qualify for scholarships previously posted to your student billing account. If you are receiving financial aid or scholarships, please contact financialaid@sebts.edu prior to completing this form. If you have questions concerning how your withdrawal may affect your account balance, please contact accountingservices@sebts.edu.
