If you are intending to withdraw from all your courses this semester as well, please read the following instructions
Be sure to either drop yourself from any courses this semester in Self-Service or, if it is after the drop deadline, complete a Course Withdrawal form for each course before submitting this form.
If you are unable to drop/withdraw yourself from your courses, please email registrar@sebts.edu.
Withdrawing from enrollment after the term Drop Deadline will not reduce your billing and financial obligations, and may increase your financial obligations if you no longer qualify for scholarships previously posted to your student billing account.
If you are receiving financial aid or scholarships, please contact financialaid@sebts.edu prior to completing this form. If you have questions concerning how your withdrawal may affect your account balance, please contact accountingservices@sebts.edu.
